1. Are all Blossom Knot bouquets handmade?
Yes. Every Blossom Knot bouquet is individually handcrafted using premium satin ribbons. We do not sell mass-produced bouquets, making each creation unique and made especially for you.

2. Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?
Our artisans carefully recreate every design as shown on our website. Since each bouquet is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every bouquet truly one of a kind.

Absolutely! You can personalize your bouquet by selecting:

5. Can I change my customization after placing an order?
Yes, but only before production begins. Once crafting starts, customization changes are no longer possible because your bouquet is handmade specifically for your order.

6. Why do I need to pay a ৳200 booking advance?
Since every bouquet is handcrafted exclusively for each customer, we require a ৳200 booking advance before production begins. This confirms your order and allows our artisans to start crafting your bouquet.

7. Is the booking advance refundable?
No. The booking advance is non-refundable because it covers the preparation, materials, and production process that begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once crafting has started, orders cannot be cancelled because every bouquet is made specifically for you.

9. How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka
* Standard Delivery: Within 2 Business Days
Outside Dhaka
* Standard Delivery: Within 3–4 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

10. Do you offer Instant Delivery?
Yes. We offer Instant Delivery for selected areas within Dhaka.
Please note that Instant Delivery is available after your bouquet has been handcrafted and is ready for dispatch. Once ready, delivery is completed within 2–4 hours, depending on your location.

11. What is the Emergency Bouquet Service?
If you need your bouquet sooner than our standard crafting schedule, you can choose our Emergency Bouquet Service (+৳200).
Your order receives priority in our production queue, allowing us to complete your bouquet faster.

12. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes. Blossom Knot delivers handcrafted ribbon bouquets to most cities and districts across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

📦 Returns & Refunds
13. What if my bouquet arrives damaged?
Please notify us immediately while the delivery rider is still present and share clear photos or videos of the package and bouquet. After reviewing the issue, we’ll provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

14. What if I receive the wrong bouquet?
If we accidentally send the wrong bouquet, please contact us immediately. After verification, we’ll offer either a free replacement or a full refund.
